Overview
Flow Simulations is historically a smaller business and thus our Vendor Code of Conduct differs from those expressed by larger corporations.
Flow Simulations will comply with the following:

| • All applicable laws. |
| • Honestly and accurately record and report all business information
and comply with all applicable laws regarding their completion and accuracy. |
| • Respect intellectual property ownership rights of others including but not limited
to patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. We do not advertise or otherwise mention
having worked for a company unless that company grants us permission to do so. |
| • Data and simulation results, models, and correspondence are archived locally and not on the cloud.
We have not found cloud storage to be particularly safe nor economical with CFD
(Computational Fluid Dynamics) results. Extra copies of all results, models,
and grids/meshes are available to the client at a nominal cost and are saved for
at least five years after project completion. |
| • Simulation results are guaranteed accurate to within current industrial practice
for CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). Simulation results are guaranteed to be free of substantive error. |
